Manfaat Olahraga Lari

Olahraga lari bisa dibilang olahraga yang murah. Juga banyak orang bilang kalau lari adalah olahraga yang efektif.


Tapi banyak orang di indonesia lari menjadi olahraga yang tidak disukai banyak orang. Mungkin karena faktor lokasi, padahal mungkin orang Indonesia saja yang malas untuk bangun pagi. Olahraga lari tidak harus dilakukan pada waktu pagi hari, sore pun juga bisa untuk melakukan olahraga lari.

Tata Tertib Perpustakaan

Tata Tertib Masuk Perpustakaan

1. Anggota/pengunjung perpustakaan harus berpakian rapi dan sopan
2. Anggota/pengunjung perpustakaan harus menitipkan tas, map, buku pribadi di tempat     penitipan.
3. Anggota/pengunjung perpustakaan harus mengisi buku kunjungan yang tersedia
4. Anggota/pengunjung perpustakaan harus menjaga ketenangan, ketertiban, selama berada di ruang perpustakaan.
5. Bahan pustaka yang telah diambil dari rak agar tetap diletakan di meja baca.
6. Koleksi buku khusus dan referensi hanya untuk dibaca di tempat.
7. Bagi pengunjung yang ingin mem-foto kopi bahan pustaka diluar area perpustakaan diwajibkan mengisi buku pinjam, meninggalkan kartu anggota/KTP, dan bahan pustaka dikembalikan pada hari yang sama.
8. Pengunjung tidak dikenai biaya apapun  memasuki area perpustakaan

 Larangan 

Anggota/pengunjung perpustakaan dilarang melakukan ha-hal sebagai berikut :

1. Merusak, merobek, mencoret, mengotori buku-buku/koleksi ataupun peralatan di perpustakaan
2. Membawa buku keluar tanpa melalui proses peminjaman
3. Membawa barang pribadi (buku,tas dll.) kedalam ruang koleksi perpustakaan
4. Menyimpan barang berharga di rak penitipan tas
5. Membawa senjata tajam dan benda lainnya yang membahayakan keamanan orang lain ke dalam ruangan perpustakaan.
6. Memotret / shooting di dalam ruangan perpustakaan.
7. Makan,minum, dan membuang sampah sembarangan di perpustakaan
8. Berbicara keras, diskusi diruang baca dan membuat kegaduhan sehingga mengganggu pengunjung lain.

Drama Korea Pinocchio mengisahkan tentang kehiduapan para wartawan/jurnalis di sebuah perusahaan penyiaran. Selayaknya seorang wartawan, para wartawan ini juga bertugas untuk mencari fakta atau informasi yang bertujuan untuk menacri sebuah kebenaran.

Plot Drama Korea Pinocchio :

Tetapi ada yang menarik dari para wartawan ini, ialah Park Shin Hye yang dalam film ini berperan sebagai Choi In Ha ternyata memiliki kelainan yang unik. Choi In Ha memiliki "Sindrom Pinocchio" yang mana jika ia bebohong maka ia akan mengalami cegukan yang keras. Hehe .... ^_^

Lain halnya dengan Choi Dal Po (Lee Jong Suk) yang merupakan wartawan baru yang belum berpengalaman. Mekipun memiliki paras yang tampan namun pria satu ini sangat buruk dalam hal berpenampilan. Tak heran jika Choi Dal Po banyak diremehkan orang lain mekipun sebenarnya dia adalah orang yang sangat pandai berbicara.

Lalu bagaimana jika keduanya yang sama-sama memiliki kelemahan dipertemukan, apalagi sampai saling jatuh cinta ?
